I can assist with both parenting and property agreements and, if necessary, Family Court applications for parenting or guardianship orders, spousal maintenance, child support and division of property.
People need good advice and assistance to preserve their separate property at the beginning of a relationship and need support and careful judgement exercised at the end of a marriage or de facto relationship.
I have considerable experience of the Family Court, mediation and settling disputes by agreement before they reach the court stage. Careful judgment and expertise is required to avoid unnecessary litigation. Court applications are a last resort but sometimes need to be made swiftly. Counselling is available via the Family Court on enquiry.
My goal is to minimise stress for my private clients and reach settlement as fast as possible so that both parties can move on with their lives. To do this I focus on the key issues that bring resolution.
I will bring my creative problem-solving and strategic skills to your issues. My clients tell me I have a professional, calm, focussed approach and understand their needs. As a sole practitioner I am in a position to offer you fast efficient turnaround of work in a discreet and quiet environment.
